If you reinstall the App or switch devices, open the App, go to the subscription or upgrade screen, and tap Restore Purchases. The App will check your Apple ID for an active subscription. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions, select Rakaat Counter, and tap Cancel Subscription. You should cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next renewal. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
The annual subscription includes a 1-week free trial for eligible new subscribers. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and you will be charged. Cancel in Settings, then Subscriptions, at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid charges.
Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Check that your iPhone is not in silent or Do Not Disturb mode if you expect sound, and that vibration is enabled in your iPhone settings under Sounds and Haptics. Make sure the App has permission to play sound. If the problem continues, email us with your device model and iOS version.
The App does not require an account and does not collect your name, email, or location. Subscription and purchase records are processed by Apple and RevenueCat, and we use an anonymous app user ID. Read the full details in our Privacy Policy.
The App has no accounts. Deleting the App removes settings stored on your device. To request deletion of other information we hold, email us at ahmed@elnaqah.com.
